At Grab It India, we aim to deliver fresh, high-quality products with lightning speed. But if something’s not right, we’ve got you covered. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can request a return, replacement, or refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds only under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the product is damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival.
- Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
- Missing Items: If your order is incomplete, and you’ve been charged for the missing item(s).
- Expired Products: If you receive an expired product.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Perishable goods (such as dairy, fruits, and vegetables) unless they are spoiled or expired at the time of delivery.
- Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with (unless defective).
- Orders where the return request is made beyond [X] hours of delivery.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

- Our app/website (under “Orders” > “Report an Issue”)

- Provide Proof
- Attach a clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- If an item is missing, share an image of the package as received.
- Wait for Verification
- Our team will review the request and get back to you within [X] hours.
- If approved, we will proceed with a refund or replacement as per your preference.
3. Refund Process
- Refund Method: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
- Processing Time: It may take [X] business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as Grab It India wallet credits or via bank transfer (after verification).
4. Replacements & Exchanges
- If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange for a free exchange of the affected item(s), subject to availability.
- In case the item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
5. Important Notes
- All return and refund requests must be initiated within [X] hours of delivery. Requests beyond this period may not be eligible.
- Refunds will not be processed if:
- The issue is due to personal preference or incorrect ordering.
- The product is found to be used, altered, or tampered with.
- The original packaging is missing (unless the product was defective on arrival).
