Can I return a product if I change my mind?

No, we currently do not accept returns due to change of mind or personal preference. Returns and refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.

How do I request a refund or replacement?

You can raise a request within 12 hours of delivery through:

  • The Grab It India app/website (under “Orders” > “Report an Issue”)
  • Emailing us at [email protected]

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your request is approved, refunds are processed within [X] business days and credited to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as Grab It India wallet credits or via bank transfer after verification.

What should I do if I receive an expired or spoiled product?

If you receive an expired or spoiled item, report it immediately through the app or email us at [email protected] with clear photos. We will process a replacement or refund as per your preference.

What happens if an item is missing from my order?

If an item is missing from your order but has been charged, report the issue within 12 hours of delivery. You can do this via our app, email, or customer support helpline. After verification, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
